Who we are

GrowthMasters LLC is a United States company registered at 321 Stambaugh St., Unit 4, Redwood City, CA 94063, US. We help B2B founders, executives, and revenue teams build content engines and AI GTM systems.

For the information described on this page we are the controller: we decide what gets collected and what it is used for. You can reach us at any time at jfcampos@growthmasters.io.

What we collect, and why

We collect very little, and we would rather say precisely what that is than hide it behind a list of everything we might theoretically want.

The AI GTM Maturity Assessment

The assessment is the only place on this site where we ask you for personal information, and only if you choose to have your results emailed to you. When you submit that form, it sends us:

• Your email address: the one you type into the field.
• Your six answers: six whole numbers from 1 to 5, one per question.
• The scores derived from them: an overall maturity stage from 1 to 5, and three lens scores covering Execution, Infrastructure, and Team & IP.

We use it to send you your result breakdown and to enroll you in our AI GTM email course. Of everything submitted, only your email address and your overall maturity stage are written to your contact record. Your individual answers and per-lens scores are used to produce the result and may appear briefly in our application logs; they are not saved to a marketing profile.

Taking the assessment does not require an email. You can answer all six questions and read your full result without submitting anything to us. Your answers are also written into the page's URL fragment, the part after the # so you can bookmark or share your result. Browsers do not transmit URL fragments to servers, so that copy stays with you.

We do not ask for your name, company, job title, or phone number anywhere on this site, and we collect no payment information at all: there is nothing to buy here.

Booking a call

Every "book a call" button on this site sends you to our Calendly booking page. Whatever you enter there, including your name, email address, time zone, and anything you write in the notes, is collected by Calendly under its own privacy policy and passed to us so we can hold the meeting.

Information collected automatically

This site is hosted on Vercel. As with any web host, Vercel's infrastructure processes standard request data when you load a page: your IP address, the URL requested, the referring page, your browser and device user-agent string, and timestamps. That is what makes serving a web page possible, and it also helps keep the site available and defended against abuse. We do not use it to build a profile of you.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no advertising cookies, no analytics cookies, and no tracking pixels of its own. We do not run Google Analytics, an advertising pixel, or any third-party tracker on our pages. That is why you were not asked to accept a cookie banner: there is nothing here to consent to.

Other people's pages are a different matter. When you click through to Calendly or LinkedIn, you are on their site, and their cookies and policies apply there.

Emails we send through ActiveCampaign may carry the standard open and click tracking that email platforms use, so we can tell whether a course email arrived and was read. If you would rather not be measured that way, most email clients can block remote images, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

Legal basis for processing

If you are in the EEA, the UK, or Switzerland, the GDPR requires us to name a lawful basis for each thing we do with your data. Ours are:

• Consent (Art. 6(1)(a)): for the email course and any other marketing email. You give it by typing your email address into the assessment form and submitting it. You can withdraw it at any time by unsubscribing, and withdrawing it does not affect anything we lawfully did beforehand.
• Contract, and steps taken before one (Art. 6(1)(b)): for booking and holding a call you asked for, and for delivering the work if you become a client.
• Legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)): for keeping this site running and secure, and for replying when you write to us. Our interest is operating a functioning business; we have weighed it against your interests and kept it to what running a website actually requires.

Who processes your data

We are a small company, so we use third-party services to run the parts of the business we do not build ourselves. These are our processors: they handle data on our instructions and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes. This is the complete list for anything collected through this website.

Data flows in one direction: the assessment form writes to ActiveCampaign, and Zapier syncs from ActiveCampaign into Clarify. We may also process your information in ordinary business tools such as our email inbox when you write to us, and we will disclose information if the law genuinely compels us to. Beyond that, we do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone.

Where your data is processed

GrowthMasters is a United States company, and every processor named above is a United States company. Your personal information is therefore transferred to, stored in, and processed in the United States. If you are in the EEA, the UK, or Switzerland, that is a transfer outside your home jurisdiction, and we rely on the transfer safeguards our processors offer, such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

If you would prefer your data not leave your jurisdiction, simply do not submit the assessment form. You can still take the assessment and read your result in full without giving us your email address.

Marketing emails, and how to stop them

Every email we send you carries an unsubscribe link in its footer. One click and you are out. There is no login, no confirmation form, and no attempt to talk you out of it. We do not add anyone to the course who did not type their own email address into the assessment form themselves.

Unsubscribing stops the email course and any other marketing email. It does not, on its own, delete your contact record: we keep the email address on a suppression list precisely so we cannot email you again by mistake. If you want the record erased outright, ask us and we will delete it.

How long we keep your data

• Your contact record in ActiveCampaign and Clarify for as long as you remain subscribed, and afterwards while you are an active client or an active prospect. Once neither is true, we delete it.
• Suppression records after an unsubscribe: kept indefinitely, and deliberately. That record is an email address and nothing else, held so that we never contact you again.
• Server and application logs at Vercel: retained for a short period as part of ordinary infrastructure operation, then discarded automatically.
• Email correspondence: for as long as the conversation is useful to either of us, and then deleted.

You can shorten any of these at any time by asking us to erase your data.

Your rights

If you are in the EEA, the UK, or Switzerland

Under the GDPR and UK GDPR you have the right to:

• Access: get a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Rectification: have anything inaccurate corrected, or anything incomplete completed.
• Erasure: have your data deleted, the "right to be forgotten".
• Portability: receive your data in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format, or have it sent to another provider.
• Objection: object to processing we base on legitimate interests, and object to direct marketing at any time, with no reason required.
• Restriction: have us pause processing while a dispute about accuracy or lawfulness is resolved.
• Withdrawal of consent: withdraw consent for marketing at any time, without affecting processing already carried out.
• Complaint: lodge a complaint with your national data protection supervisory authority. We would rather you came to us first, but it is your right either way.

If you are a California resident

The CCPA, as amended by the CPRA, gives you the right to know what personal information we have collected and how we use it, the right to have it deleted, the right to correct inaccuracies, the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising any of them.

On that fourth right, we want to be unambiguous: GrowthMasters does not sell personal information, and does not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. There is no opt-out link on this site because there is nothing to opt out of. The categories we collect are listed above in What we collect, and the only parties who receive them are the processors named above.

How to exercise any of these rights

Email jfcampos@growthmasters.io from the address you gave us, tell us what you want, and we will do it. It costs nothing, and asking will never change how we treat you. We answer within one month, the deadline the GDPR sets, and usually far sooner. If we need to confirm it is really you, we will ask for the minimum that establishes it, which is normally just a reply from the email address on the record.

Security

Traffic to and from this site is encrypted in transit over HTTPS. The credentials for the services above are stored as environment secrets rather than in our source code, and are available only to the people who operate the site.

No system is perfectly secure and we will not pretend otherwise. If a breach ever affects your personal information, we will notify you and the relevant authority as the law requires.

Children

This site and our services are meant for business professionals. They are not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe someone under 16 has given us their information, email jfcampos@growthmasters.io and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

When our practices change, whether a new processor, a new form, a new use for information we already hold, we will update this page and move the "Last updated" date at the top. If a change materially affects how we use information you have already given us, we will say so directly, by email where we hold your address. The version published here is always the one that applies.
